摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨神经内镜在自发性脑脊液鼻漏诊治中的应用及优势。方法回顾性分析中国人民解放军总医院第六医学中心神经外科处理的15例自发性脑脊液鼻漏的临床特点、诊疗方法及疗效。结果 15例患者均一次性治愈,术后无颅内感染等严重并发症出现,随访0.5～5 a未见脑脊液鼻漏复发。结论神经内镜在自发性脑脊液鼻漏修补中具有明显优势。
