摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨自我效能护理在偏头痛患者中的效果。方法选取偏头痛患者89例,随机分为2组,对照组44例开展常规护理,观察组45例开展自我效能护理。比较2组患者干预前及干预1个月后心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[生活质量核心问卷(QLQC-30)]及偏头痛发作次数。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2组行为、躯体、情绪、角色、认知功能评分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后2组偏头痛发作次数均低于干预前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者实行自我效能护理可有效改善患者负性情绪,降低头痛发作频数,提高患者生活质量。
