摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨自身免疫性胃肠疾病抗体谱及自身免疫性甲状腺抗体对脊髓亚急性联合变性早期诊断的预警及治疗价值。方法回顾性分析33例亚急性联合变性患者的辅助检查资料:血常规、维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸、抗内因子抗体、抗壁细胞抗体、甲功、甲状腺抗体及胃镜。结果 33例患者行血常规检查,大细胞贫血者11例(33.33%)均行维生素B_(12)检测,下降7例(21.21%);24例行同型半胱氨酸检测,升高17例(70.83%);20例行内因子抗体及壁细胞抗体检测,阳性10例(50%);27例行甲功检测,甲功异常11例(40.74%);4例行抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体检查,2例阳性;6例行胃镜检查,慢性萎缩性胃炎1例,慢性非萎缩性胃炎5例。结论亚急性联合变性与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病、自身免疫性胃炎关系密切,应当重视对亚急性联合变性患者进行胃肠疾病抗体谱、甲状腺功能、甲状腺抗体等检查以期早识别、早治疗。
