脑电阻抗监测技术在急性脑梗死患者中的应用进展Progress in the application of brain electrical impedance monitoring technology in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要(Abstract):
脑电阻抗监测技术是基于生物电阻抗测量的成像技术,其利用生物体液的导电性监测脑部生理、病理状况,产生整个区域的阻抗图或阻抗变化图,具有无创、安全、可实现对脑电阻抗动态、实时监测等优点。脑梗死又称缺血性脑卒中,发病率和病死率高,脑水肿是其常见的致死、致残并发症之一。大面积脑梗死后,脑水肿的发生可导致病死率高达80%。扰动系数作为脑电阻抗的监测指标,它的波动反映颅内水肿的变化,将该技术应用于急性脑梗死患者,可实时判断脑水肿的发生、发展,提高脑梗死早期脑水肿诊断的准确性与治疗的有效性,对改善患者预后有重大意义。
