摘要(Abstract):
<正>脑膜瘤是起源于脑膜上皮的肿瘤。在颅内肿瘤中,脑膜瘤仅次于神经上皮肿瘤而居第2位,占13%20%。脑膜瘤的生物学特性多种多样,目前认为其发生和发展是一个多基因、多因素参与的复杂过程[1]。本文通过检测86例脑膜瘤组织中Ki-67与E-cadherin的表达情况,分析Ki-67与Ecadherin的表达与脑膜瘤临床病理的相关性,从而阐明Ki-
