摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1病史摘要患者,男,54岁,因"视物不清、行走不稳1d"于2011-09-09收入科。既往有高血压史10余年,最高血压220/120mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),不规则服药。烟酒嗜好30余年,吸烟20支/d,饮黄酒2～4斤/d。入院时检查:Bp:170/100mmHg,体温36.8°C,脉搏80次/min,呼吸18次/min,
