摘要(Abstract)：

目的对比单用硫酸锌和硫酸锌联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019-01—2020-06周口市人民医院2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者78例,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组39例患者单用硫辛酸治疗,观察组39例患者采用硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后临床总有效率和不良反应发生率,同时比较2组患者治疗前后血糖和运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度。结果正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度及感觉神经传导速度组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),2组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果优于单用硫酸锌,有助于患者血糖控制,且可以加快神经传导速度,效果确切。
