亚低温对重型颅脑损伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 内皮素-1及Tau蛋白水平的影响Effect of mild hypothermia on serum NSE,ET-1 and Tau protein levels in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤(sTBI)的效果及对患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及Tau蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018-07—2019-07在郑州大学第一附属医院治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者120例,使用随机数字法将所有患者分为观察组、对照组,对照组应用常规方式治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用亚低温治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后血清NSE、ET-1、Tau蛋白水平以及治疗半年后患者预后情况。结果治疗前2组患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗1周后观察组患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中残、重残以及植物生存状态者对比无明显差异(P>0.05),预后良好率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者具有显著效果,可明显降低患者血清NSE、ET-1以及Tau蛋白水平,同时改善患者预后。
