多节段高场强脉冲射频治疗老年胸带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察Observation of the treatment of senile post-herpes zoster neuralgia with multi-segment high-field pulsed radio frequency

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察胸背根神经节高场强脉冲射频治疗老年胸带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法 47例确诊为胸带状疱疹后神经痛、年龄>60岁老年患者,DSA引导下给予胸背根神经节高场强脉冲射频治疗900s,所有患者行视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)情况,治疗前及治疗后24h、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行VAS评分,对治疗前及治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的PSQI、SF-36、焦虑、抑郁评分进行评定,记录不良反应的发生情况。结果所有患者术后各时间点VAS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),睡眠质量、生活质量、情绪均明显改善(P<0.05),整个治疗过程无严重并发症发生。结论高场强脉冲射频对老年胸带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效确切、安全。
