脑肿瘤术后小腿肌间静脉血栓的形成因素与转归Analysis of the factors and outcome of calf muscular vein thrombosis after brain tumor surgery

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨脑肿瘤术后小腿肌间静脉血栓形成因素与转归。方法对2018-11—2019-10徐州医科大学附属医院神经外科治疗的69例脑肿瘤接受脑部肿瘤手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者术后3d内应用彩色多普勒超声检查双下肢静脉血栓情况。通过手术时间、年龄、术后脱水药物使用及性别因素对小腿肌间静脉血栓形成的影响进行统计分析。术后3个月电话通知小腿肌间静脉血栓患者来院行双下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声检查,观察小腿肌间静脉血栓的转归。结果 17例患者术后发生小腿肌间静脉血栓,发生率24.63%。脑肿瘤术后未发生血栓组52例,年龄1~70(48.59±12.59)岁,手术时间(3.36±1.53)h,男女性别比20∶32,术后脱水药物使用与未使用比例40∶12。小腿肌间血栓组17例患者年龄35~75(56.00±10.61)岁,手术时间(3.78±1.13)h,男女性别比4∶13,术后脱水药物使用与未使用比例14∶3。手术时间、性别、是否术后应用脱水药物在脑肿瘤术后未发生血栓组与发生小腿肌间血栓组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组年龄比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月后通过双下肢进行彩色多普勒超声检查,17例小腿肌肉静脉血栓完全溶解。结论小腿肌间静脉血栓可发生于脑肿瘤患者术后,其形成的因素与手术时间、性别、术后是否应用脱水药物无关,与患者年龄有关。肌间静脉血栓在3个月后可以溶解。
