糖尿病视网膜病变危险因素调查

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>本研究随机纳入500名T2DM患者,对可能引起DR相关一般危险因素进行检测分析,便于开展早期干预、预防,延缓或阻止DR的发生。1资料与方法1.1研究对象研究对象为2010-11—2011-12在我院内分泌科住院诊治的2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者500例,男264例,女236例;年龄38～88岁,平均(59.23±11.58)岁。所有病人均符合T2DM诊断标准且依从性较好。排除1型糖尿病及其他类型糖尿病患者、严重感染者、糖尿病急性并发症者。
