鼠神经生长因子联合亚低温治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床分析Clinical analysis of rat nerve growth factor combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of neonates with is chemic hypoxic encephalopathy

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合亚低温对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经功能的影响。方法选取2014-2019年郑州大学第三附属医院收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病200例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组给予亚低温疗法,观察组给予鼠神经生长因子联合亚低温疗法。观察2组新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)评分、神经反射恢复时间和意识恢复时间、临床症状改善所需时间、智能发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)。结果 (1)治疗前2组新生儿NBNA评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后第1周和第2周2组新生儿NBNA评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后第1周和第2周新生儿NBNA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,观察组新生儿神经反射恢复时间显著缩短(P<0.05);观察组新生儿意识恢复时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,观察组新生儿肌张力恢复时间显著缩短(P<0.01),惊厥改善时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)观察组新生儿MDI和PDI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温疗法和鼠神经生长因子联合亚低温疗法对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病均有显著效果,但鼠神经生长因子联合亚低温治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病NBNA评分、神经反射恢复时间和意识恢复时间、临床症状改善所需时间、MDI和PDI改善情况优于亚低温疗法,临床效果更佳。
