3D打印技术辅助下微创穿刺治疗自发性脑出血的疗效分析Clinical research of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage by hematoma puncture with three dimensional printing guide board

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨3D打印技术辅助下制作手术穿刺导板在脑出血微创穿刺中的应用价值。方法回顾性研究2016-03-2019-06救治的70例脑出血患者临床资料,实验组35例应用3D打印技术制作手术穿刺导板辅助下行血肿穿刺术,对照组35例通过CT引导下行血肿穿刺术。结果术后复查头颅CT显示实验组脑内血肿穿刺精准率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1周复查头颅CT,实验组血肿清除的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印技术辅助下通过制作手术穿刺导板能够提高脑出血穿刺的精准率及血肿清除率,具有广阔的应用前景。
