帕利哌酮与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的比较帕利哌酮与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 70例精神分裂症患者随机分为帕利哌酮组和阿立哌唑组,每组各35例,疗程均为8周,评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果帕利哌酮组疗效优于阿立哌唑组(P<0.05),且帕利哌酮起效较阿立哌唑为快,二者不良反应均轻微。结论帕利哌酮与阿立哌唑均是安全有效的抗精神病药物,但帕利哌酮总体疗效更好,起效更快。
