偏头痛与脑白质病变的研究进展Study on migraine and white matter lesions

摘要(Abstract):
偏头痛是以反复发作的头痛为主要临床特征,并伴一系列自主神经功能障碍为特点的多因素导致的神经血管性疾病,严重影响了患者的日常生活。近年来的临床研究发现,很多偏头痛患者并无高血压、糖尿病和常见的心脑血管疾病,并且大多数的患者生化指标也无明显异常,但一部分患者在MRI检查中发现有小斑点状脑白质病变,二者之间病理、症状联系在学术界尚无统一共识。本文结合有关偏头痛和脑白质病变的基础研究与临床报告,探讨偏头痛与脑白质病变的相关性联系。
