丁苯酞结合早期介入下肢重复性训练在脑梗死康复中的应用Application of butylphthalide combined with early interventional lower limb repetitive training in rehabilitation of cerebral infarction

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨丁苯酞结合早期介入下肢重复性训练应用于脑梗死康复中的效果。方法选取脑梗死患者74例,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各37例,均给予常规治疗,对照组给予早期介入下肢重复性训练,研究组在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞治疗。比较2组的治疗疗效,治疗前后的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平以及美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为89.19%,明显高于对照组的64.86%(P<0.05)。治疗前2组MDA、SOD、BDNF、NSE水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组MDA、NSE均降低(P<0.05),SOD、BDNF升高(P<0.05),且研究组MDA、NSE较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05),SOD、BDNF较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前2组NIHSS、FMA、BI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组NIHSS评分降低(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组FMA、BI评分升高(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞结合早期介入下肢重复性训练应用于脑梗死康复中治疗效果显著,可有效抑制氧化应激反应,改善神经功能缺损、日常生活能力,提高运动能力。
