本体感觉康复的最新研究进展Recent research progress of proprioceptive rehabilitation

摘要(Abstract):
本体感觉是人体一种特殊的深感觉,它包含关节运动觉、加速度及位置觉,大脑特定中枢神经系统接收并处理关节本体感觉信息,并及时调整运动中关节的合理位置、稳定性、姿势及维持平衡能力。目前本体感觉训练已逐步推广、应用于中枢系统损伤、人工关节置换、各种外伤等引起的肢体功能障碍患者的诊断及系统康复训练中,其在成人康复治疗的有效性也已经被验证。
