经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统治疗颅脑损伤后青年抑郁患者的疗效Effects of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation training system on young patients with depression after traumatic brain injury

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统治疗颅脑损伤后青年抑郁患者的疗效。方法选取2019-02—2020-03于甘肃省康复中心医院神经康复科住院的颅脑损伤后青年抑郁患者51例,按照随机数表分为2组,观察组26例在常规康复训练的基础上接受经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合镜像神经元康复训练系统(MNST-V1.0)治疗,对照组25例在常规康复训练的基础上接受经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)对2组疗效进行评估。结果观察组和对照组治疗4周后HAMD、SDS、BDI及MBI评分均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前HAMD、SDS、BDI及MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗4周后观察组HAMD(11.4±5.3)分、SDS(42.1±6.5)分、BDI(10.7±3.9)分及MBI(75.15±12.91)分均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅直流电刺激联合镜像神经元康复训练系统对颅脑损伤后青年抑郁患者的疗效显著。
