摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨阿替普酶溶栓治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征的临床疗效。方法选取内听动脉闭塞综合征患者20例,随机化原则分为溶栓组8例和对照组12例,2组均给予常规基础治疗,溶栓组加用阿替普酶治疗,对照组加用巴曲酶治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效,检测治疗前后电测听、DHI量表评分、Berg量表评分、全血纤维蛋白原、血小板计数水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果溶栓组治疗总有效率75.0%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后电测听、DHI评分、Berg评分均较治疗前有显著改善,溶栓组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者纤维蛋白原、血小板计数水平均较治疗前有显著改善。治疗过程中,均未出现不良反应。结论巴曲酶和阿替普酶治疗均有效,阿替普酶溶栓治疗内听动脉闭塞综合征的临床效果显著,不良反应少。
