摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨特发性震颤(ET)的非运动症状(NMS)特点及对生活质量的影响。方法分别对35例ET患者和30例健康志愿者采用简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)、疲劳严重度量表(FSS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹茨堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、健康调查简表SF-36进行评估。结果 ET组简易智能状态检查量表评分、匹茨堡睡眠量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。ET组中重度焦虑、抑郁发病率及睡眠障碍发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。ET组疲劳严重度量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。焦虑、抑郁、疲劳会影响患者的生活质量,与身体健康呈负相关(r=-0.363,P=0.032;r=-0.430,P=0.010;r=-0.354,P=0.037),与心理健康也呈负相关(r=-0.368,P=0.029;r=-0.436,P=0.009;r=-0.365,P=0.031)。结论特发性震颤患者的非运动症状包括认知障碍、睡眠障碍、疲劳、精神障碍(焦虑、抑郁)等,焦虑、抑郁、疲劳与身心健康呈负相关,影响ET患者的生活质量。
