摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析总结复杂颅内动脉瘤患者血流导向装置植入治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性收集2016-02—2018-02在河南省人民医院介入中心接受血流导向装置植入治疗的32例复杂动脉瘤患者的相关资料,整理分析患者术前、术中、术后护理方法。结果 32例患者均顺利完成手术,4例出现围术期并发症,其中1例术后3d动脉瘤破裂死亡,28例均无出血或缺血事件发生。结论血流导向装置介入治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤是一项新技术,通过护理人员对患者的精心护理,提高了颅内复杂动脉瘤患者的临床治疗效果。
