摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察心理护理联合细节管理在神经内科重症患者中的临床疗效。方法选取焦作市人民医院神经内科收治的危重患者62例为研究对象,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理联合细节管理,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组危重患者焦虑得分(21.63±3.27)低于对照组(27.17±3.58),差异有统计学意义(t=3.865,P=0.001);干预后观察组抑郁得分(22.58±4.01)低于对照组(26.19±4.14),差异有统计学意义(t=4.017,P=0.001);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(96.77%vs 64.52%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.182,P=0.031)。结论将心理护理联合细节管理应用于神经内科重症患者中,能够改善患者的不良心理状态,最终提高患者的护理满意度。
