VEGF-A在脑卒中的作用The role of VEGF-A in stroke

摘要(Abstract)：
血管内皮生长因子家族(the family of vascular endothelial growth factors,VEGFs)是血管调节因子,在血管生成、神经保护和神经发生中起着非常重要的作用,其中以VEGF-A的作用最为突出。VEGF-A具有促进卒中区域脑神经血管的修复、提高缺血区域脑内血糖水平、促进神经突触的形成,从而改善脑卒中的预后。本文将阐述卒中后脑内VEGF-A对血管调节及神经保护、及脑损伤的保护作用,深入了解VEGF-A的以上作用,并探讨其机制做,为脑卒中的治疗寻找可能的新的治疗方案。
