脑卒中干预途径:靶向NMDA受体Stroke intervention pathway: targeting NMDA receptor

摘要(Abstract):
NMDA(N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸)受体在缺血性脑卒中所致兴奋性神经元死亡中起重要作用,但NMDAR阻滞剂在临床上一直未能取得理想效果。相关研究已表明NMDAR的不同亚基及受体下游的许多特异性效应器对神经元的生存和死亡起重要作用。本文总结了这些领域的最新研究进展,并着重探讨NMDAR下游信号通路,以期为治疗脑卒中提供更有前景的治疗方法。
