25-羟基维生素D与脑出血的相关性研究The relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and cerebrohemorrhage

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究血清中25-羟基维生素D[25-hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D]水平与脑出血的相关性。方法收集111例脑出血患者和正常对照组130例,比较脑出血组和健康对照组血清25-羟基维生素D水平差异。结果脑出血常见危险因素如收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血糖、TG、高血压史、吸烟史、饮酒史,脑出血组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);脑出血组血清25-羟基维生素D水平(44.81±20.55 nmol/L对51.39±20.36 nmol/L,F=0.008,P=0.013)明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义。采用二分类Logistic回归分析25-羟基维生素D与脑出血的相关性(β=0.706,OR=2.026,95%CI(0.984~4.175))。结论血清25-羟基维生素D与脑出血有一定的相关性,在脑出血的发生过程中扮演了重要的角色,可能是除高血压、糖尿病、高血脂和饮酒等之外脑出血的另一个独立危险因素。
