冷诱导RNA结合蛋白脑保护作用机制的研究现状

摘要(Abstract):
<正>在全世界,脑缺血、中风属于第2、3位最常导致死亡的疾病,且是导致永久性残疾最常见的疾病[1-2]。近年来低温治疗技术已经成为一种有效的减轻脑中风、外伤性脑损伤后脑组织初次和再次损伤的方法,且在心脏骤停复苏后发挥重要的神经保护作用[3],但由于其存在的不良反应,如易诱发低血压、低血容量、心率过缓、电解质紊乱及高血糖等,常会影响患者预后,导致低温技术在脑保护作用中的应用受到限制[4]。
