缺血性和出血性脑卒中病人急性期血压管理

摘要(Abstract):
<正>急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)不适合溶栓的病人给予积极的降低血压(BP)治疗未显示出明显益处。对适合阿替普酶血管内溶栓的病人,溶栓开始前BP>185/110 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133kPa)或溶栓后24h内BP>180/105 mmHg临床预后不良。BP的变化可能与神经功能结果不良有关,并有增加脑梗死出血转化的风险。颅内出血(ICH)病人积极降压不引起明显的脑低灌注和血肿周围缺血,尽管颅内出血病人积极降
