摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤患者采取显微外科手术(神经导航辅助)治疗的效果。方法选取2014-01—2017-12下同到大连市中心医院治疗的50例侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤患者,将患者随机分为2组。观察组25例,在神经导航辅助下进行肿瘤切除手术,对照组25例,采取常规肿瘤切除手术。结果治疗后观察组视野缺损者明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后暂时出现失语症2例,对照组8例,6个月后随访已恢复正常,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2周、3个月,观察组KPS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经导航辅助下手术能够有效保护视野,降低术后功能障碍发生率。
