威伐光局部照射治疗面神经炎的疗效观察Observation of clinical efficacy water-filtered infrared-A (wIRA) therapy on facial neuritis

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨威伐光局部照射对面神经炎功能恢复的影响。方法选择急性面神经炎面肌瘫痪患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。2组均采用传统药物治疗、物理治疗及针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上加用威伐光局部照射,照射强度为380mW/cm2,30min/次,1次/d,20d一疗程。治疗前后分别以House-Brackmann(H-B)分级、徒手肌力检查、简易面神经功能评分等进行综合效果评价。结果治疗20d后,观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HB分级、徒手肌力检查分级及简易面神经功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论威伐光和传统疗法治疗周围性面神经炎均有效,而威伐光的治疗效果更加显著,临床应用前景确切。
