<正>脑白质疏松(leukoaraiosis,LA),又称白质高信号(white matter hyperintensity,WMH),白质脑病或白质疾病等,由Hachinski等[1]在1986年首次提出。随着磁共振的发展,WMH逐渐成为众多研究中LA的代名词。LA在头颅CT上主要是指侧脑室旁的低密度灶,在脑MRI上表现为T1序列上低信号,T2和T2FLAIR序列的高信号[2]。尽管越来越
