摘要(Abstract)：

目的通过1例布氏杆菌病合并吉兰-巴雷综合征患者病例报道及文献复习,探讨其可能存在的发病机制。方法回顾性分析本院收治的1例布氏杆菌病合并吉兰-巴雷综合征临床资料。结果该患者具有布氏杆菌病及吉兰-巴雷综合征典型临床表现,GM1IgG阳性,考虑为布氏杆菌感染所致吉兰-巴雷综合征。结论布氏杆菌表面可能作为GBS发病的一种潜在病因,特别对其疫区内患者更有意义。
