银杏蜜环口服溶液对低频下降型突发性聋患者氧化应激和微循环的影响Effects of Ginkgo Armillaria oral solution on stress and microcirculation in patients with low-frequency sudden deafness

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究银杏蜜环口服溶液对低频下降型突发性聋患者耳内微循环和氧化应激水平相关指标血小板聚集率(PAR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化的影响及临床疗效。方法选取2017-06—2019-06在郑州人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科接受治疗的96例低频下降型突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组48例。对照组给予常规西药治疗(甲钴胺片、地塞米松注射液和长春西汀注射液);治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏蜜环口服溶液,疗程2周。比较2组临床疗效、伴随症状改善时间及银杏蜜环口服溶液对患者耳内微循环和氧化应激水平相关指标PAR、CRP、LPO、NO、SOD变化的影响。结果对照组和治疗组的愈显率分别为75%和91.67%,治疗后PAR降低,应激和微循环CRP、LPO水平降低,NO、SOD水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组,治疗组治疗后PAR降低、CRP、LPO水平降低,NO、SOD水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗低频下降型突发性聋的临床疗效确切,能较好改善患者临床伴随症状,改善机体的氧化应激水平和耳内微循环,益于患者康复,安全性高,为临床治疗突发性聋低频下降型提供了参考依据。
