1014例住院头晕患者病因分析Analysis of the etiology of 1014 hospitalized dizziness patients

摘要(Abstract)：
目的分析以头晕为主诉住院患者的常见病因,以期为临床头晕诊治提供一定的参考。方法分析2018-01—12在新密市中医院脑病科住院的所有以头晕为主诉符合入组标准的1 014例患者的临床资料,根据病史、体征、发病特点,结合影像学、听力学、超声、前庭功能检测、精神心理测试等辅助检查,总结引起头晕的病因。结果 1 014例头晕患者病因分类:良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)301例(29.68%),前庭性偏头痛185例(18.24%),精神疾患相关性眩晕166例(16.37%),后循环缺血114例(11.24%),梅尼埃病77例(7.59%),前庭神经炎46例(4.54%),其他28例(2.76%),原因不明97例(9.56%)。结论头晕最常见病因为良性阵发性位置性眩晕,与精神相关的眩晕多为慢性头晕患者,临床上应重视对慢性头晕患者的心理疏导及对患者基础疾病的管理和健康教育。
