脑出血患者血清肝细胞生长因子 神经生长因子水平与神经功能缺损的相关性Correlation between serum HGF and NGF levels and neurological deficits in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

摘要(Abstract):
目的分析脑出血患者肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平与神经功能缺损的相关性。方法选取濮阳市安阳地区医院2018-01—2020-01收治的237例脑出血患者为研究对象,均于入院时检测HGF及NGF水平,于发病72 h时评估神经功能缺损程度,分析HGF和NGF水平与患者神经功能缺损的相关性。结果 237例脑出血患者中神经功能缺损轻中度90.72%,重度9.28%;重度神经功能缺损患者入院时血清HGF及NGF水平均高于轻中度神经功能缺损患者(P<0.05);单项Logistic回归分析后建立多元Logistic回归模型,结果显示脑出血患者入院时血清HGF及NGF水平过表达是推动患者神经功能缺损程度加重的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC)发现,脑出血患者入院时血清HGF、NGF水平单项预测及联合预测神经功能缺损重度风险的曲线下面积(AUC)均>0.80,有一定预测性能。结论脑出血患者血清HGF、NGF水平与神经功能缺损程度密切相关,入院时血清HGF、NGF高水平可能提示患者神经功能缺损程度严重,可将入院时血清HGF、NGF水平作为脑出血患者神经功能缺损程度的有效预测因子。
