摘要(Abstract)：

目的探究急救护理路径在急诊脑卒中溶栓绿色通道的应用及效果。方法选择2016-10—2017-09郑州大学第二附属医院接受诊治的100例急性脑卒中患者作为研究对象。按随机原则均分为对照组(42例)和研究组(58例),2组患者均行静脉溶栓治疗,研究组患者在治疗基础上,行急救护理路径。对比2组患者疗效。结果研究组患者溶栓率为58例(58.0%),对照组为33例(33.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.162,P=0.014)。研究组患者急诊室诊治时间、溶栓药物进入血管时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组和对照组患者神经功能缺损评分分别为(4.2±0.5)分和(6.9±0.6)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.001,P=0.011)。结论在急诊脑卒中患者溶栓治疗中,采用急救护理路径可提升溶栓率和治疗效果,且可降低对患者神经功能的损伤,临床价值显著。
