诱导多能干细胞在神经系统肿瘤治疗中的研究进展Research progress of induced pluripotent stem cells in the nervous system tumors

摘要(Abstract):
中枢神经系统肿瘤是最常见的中枢神经系统疾患之一,致残、致死率很高。在过去的几十年里,神经系统肿瘤的临床治疗一直困扰着人们,但诱导多能干细胞的成功建立及其生物学功能的最新进展,为再生医学领域开发神经系统肿瘤新的治疗方法注入了动力。诱导多能干细胞作为一种替代受损中枢神经系统细胞、促进功能恢复的理想治疗干预手段,为神经系统肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。本文综述了诱导多能干细胞在神经系统肿瘤治疗方面的最新研究进展。
