摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨即将出院的首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度及出院指导质量水平的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院质量指导量表对郑州大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的343例首发脑卒中患者进行调查。结果首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度总分为(97.25±20.69)分,出院指导质量得分为(142.56±31.38)分。两者呈正相关(r=0.549)。结论提高首发脑卒中患者的出院准备度以及出院指导质量水平,可显著提高患者的出院准备度现状,降低其再入院率。
