高压氧与神经变性疾病的相关性

摘要(Abstract):
神经变性疾病(neurological degenerative diseases)包括阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(PD)、运动神经元病(MND)和多系统萎缩(MSA)等,是一组神经元变性和继发性脱髓鞘变化的疾病。这类疾病通常预后不好,疗效不佳,临床上亟需有效的治疗方法缓解疾病的进展。高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)是在超过一个大气压的环境中呼吸纯氧气,能明显增加机体对氧气的摄取利用,提高血氧分压、血氧含量及氧弥散距离,改善脑组织缺氧状态,增强氨基酸代谢,激活细胞色素氧化酶活性,促进高能磷酸酶合成及脑细胞代谢,并可使细胞线粒体中ATP酶的活性增强,ATP生成的增加使细胞获得较多能量,功能增强,利于病灶区细胞功能恢复。
