阿托伐他汀对脑组织血红素加氧酶的影响Effect of atorvastatin on heme oxygenase in brain tissues

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究阿托伐他汀对β淀粉样蛋白1-42诱导阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型大脑顶叶皮层和小脑血红素加氧酶(HO)的影响。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、他汀对照组、模型对照组和他汀治疗组,每组10只。Western blot法检测顶叶皮层和小脑HO-1和HO-2的表达。结果顶叶皮层区他汀治疗组HO-1的表达增加与其他3组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而4组HO-2的表达相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小脑区他汀治疗组HO-2的表达增加与其他3组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而4组HO-1的表达相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可以上调大脑不同部位HO-1和HO-2的表达,减轻神经细胞损伤。
