缺血性脑卒中急性期血清脑特异性miRNAs水平的变化及与炎症应答和梗死体积的相关性Changes of the levels of serum specific miRNAs at acute stage of cerebral ischemic stroke and its correlation with inflammatory response and infarction volume

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨缺血性脑卒中急性期血清脑特异性miRNAs水平的变化及其与炎症应答和梗死体积的相关性。方法收集起病24h内的缺血性脑卒中患者22例及健康对照8例,收集临床资料,NIHSS评分评估神经功能缺损,MRI检查评估梗死体积。于卒中起病24h内(22例)及48h内(6例)采取静脉血,分离血清。结果卒中起病24h内血清miRNA-124水平显著下降,起病48h内血清miRNA-219水平较起病24h内有所升高。卒中起病24h内血清miRNA-124、miRNA-9、miRNA-219水平均与梗死体积呈负相关,血清miRNA-9水平与入院时及入院24hNIHSS评分呈负相关。结论脑特异性miRNAs参与调节缺血性脑卒中急性期炎症应答水平,血清miRNA-124、miRNA-9、miRNA-219水平降低加剧炎症反应及脑组织炎症损伤。
