摘要(Abstract)：

目的总结对颅内静脉窦血栓患者提供机械性碎栓联合接触性溶栓治疗期间的护理要点。方法选取河南科技大学第二附属医院2016-03—2017-01收治的78例颅内静脉窦血栓患者,按照随机数字表法分为普通组与干预组各39例,2组均接受机械性碎栓联合接触性溶栓治疗,科室为普通组提供一般护理服务,为干预组提供早期护理干预服务,总结2组术后并发症发生率、疾病恢复有效率,评估患者对临床护理质量评分。结果普通组对于临床提供护理质量等指标评分均低于干预组(P<0.05)。普通组经护理干预后,疾病恢复有效率79.49%,干预组为92.31%,干预组恢复有效率高于普通组(P<0.05)。普通组术后发生并发症发生率23.08%,干预组为5.13%,干预组发生率低于普通组(P<0.05)。结论为颅内静脉窦血栓患者提供机械性碎栓联合接触性溶栓治疗期间,加强护理干预措施,有助于提高护理质量,促进患者术后恢复,且并发症发生率较低。
