摘要(Abstract)：

目的调查脑胶质瘤患者恐惧疾病进展现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、恐惧疾病进展简化量表和焦虑自评量表对234例脑胶质瘤患者进行问卷调查。结果脑胶质瘤患者恐惧疾病进展得分为(35.55±12.24)分,其中得分前三位的是"条目2在医生预约或定期检查前我感到紧张"、"条目3我害怕此病引起的疼痛"、"条目1想到疾病可能会进展,我变得焦虑"。多元逐步回归分析显示,患者焦虑水平、年龄、家庭人均月收入、治疗方式、病理分级是脑胶质瘤患者恐惧疾病进展的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者恐惧疾病进展水平较高,护理人员应重视脑胶质瘤患者的恐惧疾病进展状况,给予个性化的心理干预,降低患者的恐惧水平,保持其健康的心理状态。
