直立性震颤的临床特点分析

摘要(Abstract)：
目的分析直立性震颤的临床特点,提高直立性震颤的早期诊断率。方法收集西安市中心医院神经内科住院的1例患者和国内报道的5例直立性震颤患者的临床资料,对6例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果直立性震颤的患者多为女性,缓慢起病,表现为站立时双下肢震颤,行走、坐位时消失,肌电图均呈直立位下肢出现高频震颤(1518Hz)。结论直立性震颤临床罕见,易误诊,对于下肢震颤的患者,临床医师应尽早完善肌电图检查,给予早期实验性治疗有助诊断。
