82例心源性脑栓塞的临床相关性分析Analysis of 82 patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨心源性脑栓塞(cardiogenic cerebral embolism,CCE)的病因、临床表现及预后。方法对我院82例心源性脑栓塞病例的临床和影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果共纳入CCE患者82例,伴房颤的患者占68.29%,发病后1年的随访发现,病死率29.27%。结论心房颤动为心源性脑栓塞最常见的病因,颈内动脉系统较椎基底动脉系统更易形成栓塞,前者的神经功能损伤显著重于后者,且预后更差。
