摘要(Abstract)：

脑卒中是神经科学领域的疑难杂症，具有高发病率、高复发率、高致残率和高致死率的特点，中国乃至全球各个国家都需为脑卒中的诊疗承担巨额资金。脑卒中包括缺血性和出血性，缺血性脑卒中占脑卒中发病率的2/3，其中颈动脉狭窄是缺血性脑卒中的重要原因，且近年来随着人民生活水平的提高，无症状性颈动脉狭窄的发病率逐渐增高，患病群体逐渐年轻化，是必须重视且积极应对的疾病。本文主要是对目前无症状性颈动脉狭窄的筛查评估及治疗进行系统梳理，以期对无症状性颈动脉狭窄有全面的认识。
