晚期孕妇尿失禁与认知程度临床分析Survey of urinary incontinence knowledge on the women in the third trimester

摘要(Abstract)：
目的对晚期孕妇对尿失禁(UI)的认知程度进行调查。方法根据以往流行病学调查文献结果自行设计调查问卷,调查1380名晚期孕妇对UI的认知程度。结果晚期孕妇不同文化程度和职业在UI认知程度上的差异没有统计学意义;在对女性UI发生原因、治疗现状及治疗方法的了解上,随文化程度的增高而增加。结论晚期孕妇对UI的认知程度存在文化程度和职业的差别,应从预防角度对人群进行健康教育和宣传,尤其是低学历和体力劳动者。
