Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗急性脑动脉闭塞29例分析

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗急性脑动脉闭塞疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院和天津武警后勤学院附属医院2010-04—2014-06 29例使用Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗急性脑动脉闭塞患者临床及影像学资料,使用脑梗死溶栓分级(TICI)评估术后即刻造影血管再通情况,围手术期行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NISS)评分评估,判断手术近期疗效;观察术中及术后并发症发生率,评价其安全性;术后180d通过门诊MRA随访了解病变血管再通情况并根据改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分,判断其中期疗效。结果 26例(89.66%)血管再通。术前NISS评分(16±8)分,出院时(10±4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后23例获得完整随访,术后180dmRS评分≤2分13例(56.52%)。结论Solitaire AB支架取栓治疗急性脑动脉闭塞有较高的再通率和安全性,其中期随访显示较好疗效。
