血流重导向装置支架系统治疗颅内动脉瘤的研究现状Research status of flow redirection endoluminal device for intracranial aneurysms

摘要(Abstract):
颅内动脉瘤是指颅内动脉管腔的局部异常扩张、膨出部位,多发于中老年人,随着年龄的增加,颅内动脉瘤破裂的风险也相应增加。颅内动脉瘤对于人体最大的危害在于破裂出血,尤其是蛛网膜下腔出血。随着介入导管技术和栓塞装置的不断改进,血管介入治疗逐渐成熟并已成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的重要方法。血流重导向装置是新一代的血流导向装置,是一种治疗颅内动脉瘤的双层分流器,与之前的血流导向装置相比,其优点在于可视化操作。目前的临床研究表明血流重导向装置支架系统治疗颅内动脉瘤安全且有效。
