小胶质细胞在多发性硬化中的两面性作用

摘要(Abstract):
多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是以炎症反应、脱髓鞘和轴突损伤为特征的中枢神经系统(central nervoussystem,CNS)疾病,实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,EAE)是MS研究的动物模型。小胶质细胞(microglia)在MS/EAE的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。它既可产生促炎产物发挥神经毒性作用,还可从产生抗炎产物、促进吞噬作用以及促进神经干细胞增殖和招募三方面发挥神经保护作用。本文将对小胶质细胞在MS/EAE发病过程中的两面性作用作一综述。
