枸杞多糖对烧伤大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究枸杞多糖对烧伤大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将36只Wistar成年大鼠随机分为正常对照组,烧伤对照组及枸杞多糖治疗组,在烧伤对照组和烧伤治疗组背部皮肤造成大面积深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,治疗组大鼠灌喂枸杞多糖。于5d后测定吞噬细胞功能及血浆免疫球蛋白含量。结果枸杞多糖治疗后可以显著提高大鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬能力,并可以提高烧伤大鼠血清IgA的含量。结论烧伤后给予枸杞多糖治疗能够改善大鼠的免疫功能。
